MARBLE CUTTER ( SAW):
 

Trames TLD 35, 35L,40 and 40Lhave been designed and realized in order to transform blocks of marble into slabs
of suitable dimensions.

The block to be sawn is positioned on a block –carrier trolley which is inserted laterally inside the frame.

The alternative cutting motion is generated by the frame (arc) which is connected to the main motorization unit (battery set) by means of two connecting rods. While the advance motion
is generated by the blade-carrier carriage which during the sawing operation shifts vertically thanks to a gearmotor system (lowering unit).

For cooling the diamond blades pure water is sprayed on the blocks to be sawn by means of a special spray system
(rain unit).

VERSILIA JUNIOR:

 

BARSANTI VERSILIA JUNIOR is a bridge saw for processing marble and granite slabs. The slabs are laid on a swiveling bench and cut by a disc mounted on a spindle.

The spindle is mounted on a slide that runs vertically on a transverse bridge, which moves lengthwise on two guides.

The machine can work more slabs at the same time, laid one
 on top of the other as far as the maximum allowed thickness.

All working parameters, such as bridge traverse speed, spindlehead lowering speed etc., can be set electronically.
Both manual and automatic processing can be performed.
