  MULTIPLE CROSS CUTTING MACHINE:

 

ASA automatic multidisc cross cutting machines is used for the cutting og marble or\and granite slabs (strips).
The machine has two two roller conveyors, which motorized to load slabs. It's possible to position the "start" and "stop" controls directly
on the machines main panel.

At the end of the machines, there is an electro-blowing fan,used to dry the slabs and to remove the scraps from the worked slabs surface.

AUTOMATIC POLISHING/CALIBRATING MACHINE:

  

The CAL/GSE 70 polisher. The sheets slides are transferred by a conveyer belt and are machined head with swinging arms, to hold the tools (abrasive or diamond), is mounted on each spindle.
The motion of each swinging arm is obtained by an extremely precise kinematic mechanical system that reduce any clearance therefore ensuring low noise and a long tools life.
The particular geometry the oscillation angle and frequency of the arms allow to obtain high tools efficiency.
